Wilwood's GT 48 Curved Vane Spec-37 rotors are manufactured from a proprietary iron alloy developed to withstand extreme temperatures with the highest possible degree of resistance against distortion, warping, cracking, and wear. The formulation for this alloy is a derivative of technology and materials that were significant in the development of the extreme duty military spec rotors that are manufactured by Wilwood. Combined with our proven GT Series asymmetrical face slot pattern and individual dynamic balancing, you are assured the smoothest, vibration free performance at any speed. These rotors provide the highest cooling capacity and longest service life for extreme braking short tracks and road course competition.

Wilwood Engineering publishes a formal Disclaimer of Warranty for its disc brakes, hubs, and racing components (datasheet DS-237). Because these parts are exposed to widely varying installation and operating conditions, Wilwood sells them “as is” and “with all faults,” and makes no warranty of any kind — expressed or implied, including no warranty of merchantability and no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Purchasers are expected to rely on their own skill and judgement to select the correct part, and it is the installer's responsibility to determine a component's suitability for the application. Racing equipment and brakes must be maintained and checked regularly for fatigue, damage, and wear. If a part arrives with a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll help you take it up with Wilwood.
