Refund Policy

At PitStopTuning, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Most new and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer and supplier return policies.

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all hardware and accessories
  • Free from installation, damage, or modification

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or returned with missing components may not qualify for refund.

Order Cancellation

The majority of our in-stock products ship within 1 business day. If the customer decides to cancel their order before it has been processed for shipment, the customer can cancel by contacting Customer Service at support@pitstoptuning.com.

  • If payment for the order has not been processed, the order will be canceled and no charge will be made to the account.
  • If payment was already processed, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled items.
  • If the customer cancels after the order has shipped, the customer will be responsible for reviewing our Returns and Restocking Fee policy outlined on this page.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Special order items
  • Custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened electronics (where restricted)
  • Products excluded by manufacturer policy

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product information
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply in the following cases:

  • Returns due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse)
  • Returns of products from certain manufacturers, as noted on the product page or at the time of return authorization

The 15% restocking fee is in place to cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting, and restocking the product. This helps PitStopTuning maintain competitive pricing and ensures that only new, unopened products can be resold as new following inspection.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to shipping damage or an error on our part.

Fitment Responsibility

While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information, customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
