Torque Solution Rear Differential Inserts: Subaru WRX / STi 2008+

Torque Solution offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, but only on parts Torque Solution manufactures and only on items that are not wear-and-tear parts. Torque Solution names urethane (polyurethane), rod ends, bearings, pulleys and coil packs as wear items its warranty does not cover — so urethane bushings, inserts and endlinks are treated as consumables even where a listing shows a lifetime bullet, and Torque Solution recommends routine inspection. Thermal blankets are covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects, while exhaust wrap carries no warranty at all because of how it is installed and used. A few electronic parts — Fast Response IAT sensors and PNP speed-density adapter harnesses — state a 1-year term on their own product listings; Torque Solution asks you to confirm on the individual product page that the part carries a warranty before filing. Claims are filed by the original purchaser with proof of purchase, a clear description of the fault and detailed photos; if approved Torque Solution repairs or replaces the part rather than refunding it, and shipping both to and from Torque Solution is the customer's responsibility. Coverage is voided by improper installation, exposure to an exhaust leak, saturation by fluids such as oil, coolant or fuel, or use beyond the part's listed specifications. Also excluded: anodizing (UV, heat and chemical detergents), environmental corrosion, damage to or from related vehicle components, and installation, removal or vehicle-downtime costs. Noise, vibration and harshness after fitting stiffer or solid components is expected and is not a valid warranty or return issue. Fitment is based on USDM vehicles unless noted — cross-compatibility with non-USDM cars is not confirmed — and Torque Solution products are intended for off-road / race use only, with none of them CARB legal. Torque Solution's own returns and exchanges window is 30 days from the receiving date on new, unused items, with shipping both ways covered by the purchaser.
