Torque Solution Thermal Turbo Blankets are highly effective at protecting components around your turbo by effectively blocking the heat produced by the hot back housing. Our blankets are made of protective wire mesh, insulated fiberglass layers, and an external crushed volcanic rock layer. This blanket fits the FK2/FK8 Type-R turbocharger perfectly to keep your engine bay temps in check. Reduced under hood temps help reduce turbo lag, increase power by lowering IAT's, protects critical components near the turbo and looks great doing it.

Torque Solution states a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its manufactured billet aluminum and polyurethane parts — engine, transmission and differential mounts, shifter and suspension bushings, blow off valve adapters, exhaust hangers, flanges and fittings. Its electronic parts (Fast Response IAT sensors and PNP speed-density adapter harnesses) carry a 1-year warranty instead. Wear and consumable items — turbo blankets, intake gaskets, exhaust wrap and heat tape — are sold without a stated warranty term. Coverage applies to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects; check the individual product listing for the term that applies to that part.
