Stainless Works for 2015-2018 F-150 Catback Exhaust X-Pipe

Stainless Works provides a limited lifetime warranty on its 304 stainless steel products, except Stainless Power products and catalytic converters, which carry a two-year warranty. The lifetime warranty applies to automotive header and exhaust products made from 304 stainless steel that are designed by the Stainless Works engineering group and manufactured by Stainless Works, and it covers material corrosion rust-through and workmanship under normal use. It is extended to the original purchaser of a product bought directly from Stainless Works or from an approved dealer. The product must be returned for inspection, and Stainless Works is not responsible for coatings, labor or shipping on defective or warranty items. Not covered: products designed by others, including any product where the material, thickness, shape, brackets or hangers were specified by anyone other than Stainless Works; racing applications of any kind; damage from abuse, including backfire, excessive heat or unusual corrosive conditions; and products made from aluminized steel, mild steel or any other material that is not stainless steel. Warranty claims start by contacting the Stainless Works sales office to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning any item, together with a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase from Stainless Works or an approved dealer. Separately from the warranty, Stainless Works’ own return terms require an RGA number on the outside of every returned package, accept returns within 30 days of receipt in the original container and condition with a copy of the invoice, and charge a 20% restocking fee on undamaged, resaleable items. Polished parts, thermal barrier coated parts, custom work without a standard part number, and parts that have been modified or run on a vehicle are not returnable. Damage, shortages and fitment issues must be reported within five days of receipt.
