The warranty period varies by part — depending on the product it may be a limited lifetime warranty, a limited one-year warranty, a limited 90-day warranty, or no warranty at all, so check the coverage that applies to the specific part. Wear components supplied as part of a limited lifetime warranty control arm — such as ball joints and bushings — are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage runs to the original consumer purchaser, on product bought through authorized distribution, installed by a professional technician on the first vehicle it was fitted to. Not covered: misuse, modification, or improper installation; use in competition, racing, or off-road driving; product finish; and normal wear.
