Nitrous Express warrants its branded products for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and material, limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and will repair or replace a defective product at its election — labor, freight and other incidental expenses are not covered, and electrical components, normal wear, end-user modifications, accidents and use outside the intended purpose are excluded. Claims are opened directly with Nitrous Express through its Warranty/Returns form or by calling (940) 767-7694. Returns of unused, unaltered merchandise in undamaged original packaging are accepted for up to 90 days — full refund or exchange within 30 days, less a 10% restocking fee at 31–60 days and 20% at 61–90 days; open-box, special-order and discontinued items cannot be returned.
