QuickCar Racing Products does not publish a fixed warranty period. Coverage is handled as a return-and-inspection process: the product must be in an unaltered, unchanged state from its original condition and no more than one (1) year old — two (2) years for scales. An RMA number must be requested from QuickCar at 800-997-7333 before anything is shipped back; write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include your contact information and a description of the problem in a note inside the box. Warranty parts are inspected on receipt and may be deemed non-returnable if the failure was caused by misuse of the part. Custom parts are not returnable for credit, though they can sometimes be repaired. Retain your proof of purchase; claims are handled by the manufacturer.
