This is the AirDog II-5G DF-100 fuel system for the 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram VP-44 and early CP3 5.9L Without the in-tank fuel pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and factory , block mounted, fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks.

The warranty must be registered with PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt; unregistered products are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are excluded.

PureFlow AirDog I, AirDog II and Raptor fuel systems are covered by the manufacturer’s Lifetime Limited Express Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty card and a copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted to PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase; unregistered systems are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are not covered, and labor is not included. Warranty claims are handled directly by PureFlow AirDog: call their technical support first, and the product is returned prepaid for testing. DieselRX glow plugs, filters and accessories are not covered by the system warranty.
