This is the AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system for the 2001-2010 Chevrolet/GMC Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This system is one of our easiest installations. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel system trucks.

PureFlow AirDog provides a Lifetime Limited Express Warranty on AirDog I, AirDog II and AirDog Raptor systems to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty must be registered with PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt; unregistered products are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are excluded.

PureFlow AirDog I, AirDog II and Raptor fuel systems are covered by the manufacturer’s Lifetime Limited Express Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty card and a copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted to PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase; unregistered systems are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are not covered, and labor is not included. Warranty claims are handled directly by PureFlow AirDog: call their technical support first, and the product is returned prepaid for testing. DieselRX glow plugs, filters and accessories are not covered by the system warranty.
