FUELAB, a division of FCP, Inc. (Pontoon Beach, Illinois), warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for so long as the original purchaser owns the Products — a Limited Lifetime Warranty that does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee. If a defect is reported in writing within the warranty period and shown to be covered, Fuelab will at its option and own expense furnish replacement products or parts, or refund the purchase price; removal from the vehicle, shipping to Fuelab and installation of the replacement are at the purchaser’s expense. Coverage does not cover damage due to transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow instructions or perform preventive maintenance, modification, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as accidents and abuse, and it does not apply to products repaired or attempted by anyone other than under Fuelab’s written authorization. Fuelab also notes the products are not intended or designed for use on aircraft. To open a claim, contact Fuelab at 618-344-3300 or e-mail proof of purchase to info@fuelab.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA), then send the product postage paid and fully insured with a written description of the problem to the FUELAB Warranty Department in Pontoon Beach, Illinois. Fuelab inspects the product and contacts you within three business days of receipt; if no fault is found and the product meets all performance specifications there is a $25 inspection charge plus return shipping.
