A tire that becomes unserviceable from a covered condition during the first 2/32 in of tread wear is replaced with an equivalent new Mickey Thompson tire free of charge; after that, replacement is pro rata, and mounting, balancing and taxes are paid by the purchaser. This tire line also carries a prorated treadwear warranty of 50,000 miles, which requires rotation at least every 6,000 miles with a written rotation record. Racing tires and any tire used in racing are sold as is, with no warranty. Claims start with an inspection by the dealer the tire was purchased from, with proof of purchase.
