KC HiLiTES backs its lighting and adventure products with the Adventure Further® Guarantee — an unlimited lifetime warranty that is fully transferable to the current owner. If a KC product fails or becomes damaged under normal use, KC will repair or replace it. Registration is the catch: the product must be registered with KC within 60 days of purchase — once registered, no receipt is needed later. Eligible purchases are those made from kchilites.com, by phone, from an authorized KC dealer, or in-store in Flagstaff, AZ. To claim, open a ticket with KC, receive an RMA approval, and ship the product back; KC repairs or replaces it. Not covered: loss or theft; deliberate or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance; misuse, neglect, or improper installation; extreme conditions beyond reasonable use such as fire, flooding, or severe impact; and normal wear and tear. Certain products — solar panels, flashlights, and older halogen models — carry modified coverage. These terms apply to purchases made after August 31, 2025.
