The ICON Impact Aluminum Front Skid protects the Bronco's intercooler and other vulnerable components mounted low on the front end of the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco. Designed for use with ICON's PRO and Trail Series front bumpers, the skid adheres to our design philosophy of keeping armor high clearance and faceted with angles to help your 4X4 slide up and over the rocks. The skid is constructed of 3/16" thick aluminum plate, CNC laser cut and brake-formed for a precise fit. The aluminum is both light-weight and corrosion resistant, so there's no powder coat finish requiring frequent touch-ups when the skid does its job. The skid comes with integrated intercooler mounts which replace all variants of the factory Bronco intercooler/skid/recovery brackets, making this kit compatible with both 2.3 and 2.7 liter engines, manual or automatic transmission, regardless of which bumper the Bronco came with from the factory.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics sets warranty by product line. Shock absorbers carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects: a shock that fails within that first year of ownership must be shipped to ICON for inspection and service, and if inspection shows the failure came from neglect, damage caused by improper installation, or any reason other than normal wear and tear, the owner is responsible for all service costs including labor, parts and shipping. ICON's other components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Two joint products have their own terms: the ICON Delta Joint carries a five-year warranty and a defective joint is replaced only if the warranty registration was completed within 30 days of purchase (iconvehicledynamics.com/deltajointreg), while the Delta Joint Pro carries one year from the date of purchase — neither applies to a joint used with a non-ICON suspension system, and an unregistered Delta Joint is not covered. Coverage runs to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle the product was originally installed on and is not transferable. ICON's obligation is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion; removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded, and items subject to wear are not considered defective when worn. Components must be installed as a complete kit as shown in ICON's current application guide — any substitution or omission of required components voids the warranty immediately. Also not covered: finish, alterations, modifications, installation contrary to ICON's instructions, finish damage that occurs during shipping, race or competition use, and police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles. Sales outside the United States and Canada are excluded.
