Manufacturer's Warranty — Fidanza
Fidanza Performance warrants its merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase — but read the carve-out that follows, because it is the one that matters for most Fidanza parts. Fidanza's own warranty states that, because of the unusual stress placed on them and the circumstances in which they are used, high performance parts are sold without warranty, "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS", with the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose expressly disclaimed. Consequential, incidental and commercial losses — including labor claims — are excluded either way. If merchandise fails to conform as warranted, Fidanza's terms direct that it be delivered or shipped to the seller, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase and a note explaining the defect; it is then repaired or replaced free of charge, or credited, at the seller's option. Fidanza asks that warranty questions come to it directly (440-259-5656 or sales@fidanza.com). Emission-control compliance in your locality is the customer's responsibility, and the warranty is interpreted under Ohio law.
Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may change. Contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
