Energy Suspension warrants its products against defects in workmanship or material for 7 years or 750,000 miles, when used on passenger cars, light trucks, motorcycles and powersport applications. Products that have been abused, altered, or incorrectly installed are not covered, and product finish and normal wear are not covered. Energy Suspension will replace defective products or component parts if inspection by factory personnel determines the part to be defective; warranty replacement covers only the product, and labor claims, time loss and freight charges will not be honored. Energy Suspension notes that colors, materials, components, specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice, and reserves the right to refer inquiries to established Energy Suspension distributors or dealers.
