Eibach publishes a tiered limited warranty by product line. Five (5) years: PRO-KIT, SPORTLINE, PRO-LIFT-KIT and PRO-LIFT-KIT HD, Drag Launch springs, factory replacement (ERL) springs, PRO-TRUCK upper control arms, PRO-ALIGNMENT kits, lift blocks, ANTI-ROLL-KIT stabilizer bars, PRO-SPACER wheel spacers, PRO-UTV springs and anti-roll kits, moto fork and rear springs, coilover race springs, conventional race springs and bump springs. Two (2) years: PRO-TRUCK shocks and PRO-TRUCK Sport shocks, PRO-DAMPER, PRO-TRUCK Coilover 2.0 and 2.5, PRO-TRUCK reservoirs, PRO-TRAIL coilovers and steering stabilizers. One (1) year: end-links, spring rubber, bump spring components, adapters, bushings, ball joints and bearings. Coverage is voided by installation other than by a qualified mechanic, misuse, modification or abuse, exceeding the vehicle's weight limits, racing use, purchase by anyone other than the claimant, or transfer of the parts to another vehicle. Eibach routes claims through the dealer the parts were bought from — the dealer then obtains a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Eibach — so bring the claim to PitStopTuning: send your order number, the part number and clear photos of the fault and we will take it up for you.
