EBC automotive disc brake pads and rotors are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of purchase or 10,000 miles of highway use; motorcycle street pads and rotors are covered for 12 months or 5,000 miles, and dirt bike, ATV and UTV rotors are covered against manufacturing or assembly defects with no published period. EBC publishes no warranty period for race compounds (Orangestuff, RP-1, RP-X, SR-11, SR-21), calipers, big brake kits, brake lines or brake fluid, and there is no warranty on any EBC product used for racing, rally, drifting, trackday driving, taxi or hire-car service, or any other form of competition. Brake noise and normal wear and tear are not covered, nor are labor, towing, or inconvenience costs. A claim requires the purchase receipt endorsed by the installing mechanic or the selling retailer.
