DEI exhaust wrap, part number 010132.
Titanium exhaust wrap is made from pulverized lava rock and stranded into a fiber material that's woven into a proprietary diagonal weave. Our wrap is engineered to be stronger and more durable than others while being easier to install around tight bends. Designed to be pliable and resistant to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown, it secures tightly without pre-wetting and can withstand direct heat up to 1800ยฐF and intermittent heat up to 2500ยฐF. Perfect for any automotive or motorcycle application!
Note of Caution: Wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled. After the fibers have been heated, they lose their initial flexibility. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the exhaust wrap. Be aware of this before you decide to remove the wrap. For this reason, you should avoid wrapping any flex-pipes or flex-joints.
Note about Titanium Exhaust Systems: DEI does NOT recommend wrapping exhausts made of titanium. Wrapping any titanium exhaust pipe, regardless of brand, can hold in too much heat, and make the titanium alloy turn brittle and prone to premature cracking. If you are seeking to reduce the heat on a titanium exhaust system, DEI recommends using alternatives such as our flexible heat shields .

Manufacturer's Warranty โ DEI
DEI (Design Engineering, Inc.) warrants its products to the original retail purchaser, with proof of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. If a product is found by DEI to be defective, DEI will, at its option, repair or replace it or refund the original purchase price. Not covered: damage or defects in the finish of a product; products that have been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified, installed contrary to DEI’s installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility; and products installed on vehicles used for racing or competition. The warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation or reinstallation, freight or transportation charges, or incidental and consequential damages. Claims start with the place of purchase: return the product to where it was bought for a warranty determination within thirty (30) days of purchase. If the claim is not resolved there, DEI issues a Return Goods Authorization and the product is returned to DEI prepaid with the dated proof of purchase and a written description of the problem.
