Boom Mat Vibration Damping Material is a premium quality damping material providing extreme noise damping for the most demanding commercial and sound competition applications. Interior panels vibrate and generate noise. Boom Mat stops that noise by trapping it between our thick, 4 mil aluminum stiffening top skin and the asphalt free, pure butyl, noise constraining layer.
Plus worry-free no snag adhesion to any interior surface, vertical or overhead, even in the most demanding of temperature extremes. Those quality components are what makes Boom Mat Vibration Damping Material require only 25-50% coverage to get the job done. This saves weight, material cost and installation time.

Manufacturer's Warranty — DEI
DEI (Design Engineering, Inc.) warrants its products to the original retail purchaser, with proof of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. If a product is found by DEI to be defective, DEI will, at its option, repair or replace it or refund the original purchase price. Not covered: damage or defects in the finish of a product; products that have been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified, installed contrary to DEI’s installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility; and products installed on vehicles used for racing or competition. The warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation or reinstallation, freight or transportation charges, or incidental and consequential damages. Claims start with the place of purchase: return the product to where it was bought for a warranty determination within thirty (30) days of purchase. If the claim is not resolved there, DEI issues a Return Goods Authorization and the product is returned to DEI prepaid with the dated proof of purchase and a written description of the problem.
