DeatschWerks backs its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. DeatschWerks states that products purchased after May 1, 2026 are warrantied for the lifetime of the product, while products purchased before that date carry a 3-year term; any exception is listed in that product's own information. Within the warranty period DeatschWerks will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that fails to operate within its published specifications. Wear items are not covered — DeatschWerks names O-rings, gaskets, regulator diaphragms, fuel lines and fuel fittings as parts that seal or contain fuel and are to be inspected annually and replaced as needed to prevent leaks. The warranty is not transferable to a later owner, and a replacement part is covered only for the remainder of the original term. Labor is excluded — diagnosis, removal and reinstallation are not covered, and neither is any damage or expense caused by a failure. Freight and shipping damage is excluded and must be handled with the carrier on receipt. Coverage is void if the product was modified or altered, misused, neglected, damaged in an accident, installed or adjusted improperly, exposed to dirt, contaminants, water or corrosion, repaired incorrectly, or used in an application DeatschWerks does not recommend. Parts DeatschWerks supplies to a vehicle or equipment manufacturer as original equipment are governed by that manufacturer's warranty instead. All DeatschWerks products are sold for off-road use only. Claims go to DeatschWerks directly: an RMA number and a completed RMA form are required along with the dated purchase receipt — without an RMA no claim is considered, and if you have no receipt DeatschWerks uses the manufacturing date code on the part.
