DBA 5000 Series flat discs are designed specifically to replace just the rotor ring in DBA and other popular two-piece rotor configurations, so a worn face can be renewed without buying a complete assembly.
This is the front ring in the 5000 Series HD variant, which carries a smooth OE-style rotor face. It suits drivers who want the benefits of a 5000 Series two-piece rotor but no slotted, cross-drilled or dimpled design.
The 5000 Series shares all of the performance technology of the 4000 Series, with further weight reduction and improved heat management from its aluminum hat. The ring is cast from high carbon iron and bolts to an aerospace grade aluminum (T6061-T6) hat with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts, which lets the cast iron ring expand uniformly and cuts heat transfer from disc to hub.
Replacement ring only. It mounts to the hat of an existing 5000 Series assembly — if you are moving to a two-piece rotor for the first time, order the complete assembly instead. DBA supplies replacement NAS lock nuts separately.

Manufacturer's Warranty — DBA
DBA (Disc Brakes Australia) warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 20,000 km (12,000 miles) from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first. Where a defect is confirmed, DBA will repair or replace the goods at its option; proof of original purchase is required and freight charges both ways are the customer's responsibility. A repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. The warranty does not apply to any product used for motorsport or speed trials. Also excluded are goods that have been modified or altered, fitted with non-standard tools or by unauthorised technicians, or damaged by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or chemical corrosion; complaints of noise, vibration or braking comfort; improper installation or use contrary to DBA's manuals; products with removed or defaced part numbers; components combined outside DBA's recommended specifications; and any use beyond the conditions the product was designed for. Because DBA asks that claims be started with the reseller, distributor or workshop the product was bought from, if you bought it here, contact PitStopTuning and we'll file the claim with DBA for you rather than approaching DBA directly.
