Carli Suspension worked with Deaver Leaf Springs to design a leaf spring pack that matches Carli 2.5 in and 4.5 in Suspension Lifts and gives a more predictable, supple ride with only a slight reduction from a standard 3/4-ton load capacity. The factory leaf spring packs have 2-4 heavy main springs and an immobile lower overload, making for a jarring ride; the Carli 9-leaf main pack and 3-leaf overload provide much more spring rate progression. This makes for a softer unloaded ride, massive suspension travel increase and impressive capacity as the rear end compresses engaging all the springs. The center pin is relocated to accommodate tires up to 38 in (37 in recommended) and levels the rear to match Carli 4.5 in/5.5 in front suspension systems.

Manufacturer's Warranty — Carli Suspension
Carli Suspension warrants the products it manufactures against defects in workmanship and materials with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, counted from the date of purchase. Parts made to Carli’s specifications by other manufacturers carry their own coverage: Carli-SPEC shocks and Carli stainless steering stabilizers are covered for 1 year from purchase and serviced by Carli; Carli Signature Series shocks carry a limited lifetime warranty serviced by Carli; King shocks are covered for 90 days from purchase and serviced by King Shocks; E-Venture shocks and electronics are covered for 1 year from purchase and serviced by Suspension Direct; Deaver leaf springs are covered for 30 days from installation against material or manufacturing defects. CS-DBJP ball joints carry the limited lifetime warranty when both the upper and lower Carli ball joints are installed. Not covered: wear items (bushings, heim joints, uniballs, airbags and limit straps); rust or corrosion; coil springs on trucks with heavier-than-stock setups such as winch bumpers or snow plows; parts that have been altered or installed incorrectly; and removal, installation, freight, incidental or consequential costs. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. Claims require proof of purchase from the original purchaser and are handled directly by Carli Suspension, or by King Shocks or Suspension Direct for their shocks.
