This 2.5" diameter performance X-Pipe with Mid-Pipes creates power while adding a great sound to the C5 / C5 Z06 Corvette systems. In testing, customers and racers alike noticed the power increase you‘ve come to expect from BORLA®, and all commented on the great exhaust tone being emitted.
This Merge X-Pipe is a perfect compliment to the famous BORLA® Cat-Back™ systems and is even lighter than the stock system, mainly due to the premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic lightweight stainless steel used in every BORLA® exhaust component. Additional attributes include an extremely simple, bolt-in replacement for the factory mid-pipe that further enhances that famous BORLA® growl of power. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.

Borla warrants its products to the original purchaser, for the vehicle on which they were first installed, against defects in materials and workmanship with its Million-Mile Warranty (one million miles, or 1.6 million kilometers in Canada). Black coatings, tip finishes, carbon fiber and moving parts, including valves and actuators, are covered for one year, and EV products are covered for 2 years from purchase. The warranty applies to Borla street-legal products only: XR-1 Raceline and marine products, racing products and street products used for racing are not covered, and sound level is not a warranty issue. Also excluded are appearance blemishes from weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance or extreme heat or cold; damage from accident, abuse, misuse or modification; welding to a universal muffler’s shell or end caps (attach only at the inlet and outlet nipples); and removal or reinstallation costs. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement at Borla’s option after Borla inspects the returned part. Products sold outside the USA and Canada carry a 3-year limited warranty.
