This BORLA® 3" diameter into dual 2.5" Cat-Back™ system retains factory front muffler (resonator). From the 35" BF Goodrich tires to the cast aluminum SVT control arms, the Ford Raptor has re-defined off road trucks. BORLA®‘s Cat-Back™ exhaust (PN 140383) for the F-150 Raptor draws from decades of winning racing experience from the Baja 1000, Best In The Desert, CORR and other top venues, resulting in a world-class off road system.
Utilizing BORLA®‘s patented, straight-through Multicore technology, BORLA® engineers were able to achieve a 13% increase in flow while reducing the overall system weight 18%! And they made it look better too. Gone are the boring factory single wall, unpolished tips. In their place are dual 4" polished T-304 stainless steel tips with handsome rolled edges that enhance the Raptor‘s brutish good looks.
High-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel tubing is mandrel bent by computer numeric control (CNC) machinery to ensure maximum flow and a perfect fit. And while the fit and finish are great, it‘s the trademark BORLA® sound of power that really captures the essence of this premium exhaust. The SyType sound provices a hearty rumble every time you get on the throttle, slightly louder than stock with no cabin resonance.

Manufacturer's Warranty — Borla
Borla warrants its products to the original purchaser, for the vehicle on which they were first installed, against defects in materials and workmanship with its Million-Mile Warranty (one million miles, or 1.6 million kilometers in Canada). Black coatings, tip finishes, carbon fiber and moving parts, including valves and actuators, are covered for one year, and EV products are covered for 2 years from purchase. The warranty applies to Borla street-legal products only: XR-1 Raceline and marine products, racing products and street products used for racing are not covered, and sound level is not a warranty issue. Also excluded are appearance blemishes from weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance or extreme heat or cold; damage from accident, abuse, misuse or modification; welding to a universal muffler’s shell or end caps (attach only at the inlet and outlet nipples); and removal or reinstallation costs. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement at Borla’s option after Borla inspects the returned part. Products sold outside the USA and Canada carry a 3-year limited warranty.
