The bold look and feel of the Chrysler 300C, Dodge Magnum and Charger made big waves within the entire auto industry, and BORLA® Performance Industries‘ custom power-tuned Cat-Back™ systems for these vehicles deliver another home run. BORLA® has a rich, 40 plus year heritage of designing and building leading edge components for Mopar vehicles. This 2.5" diameter into dual 2.25" BORLA® Cat-Back™ system is a true dual, mandrel bent, high performance unit designed for ease of installation and solid performance gains. The system contains a Merge X-Pipe to unleash hidden horsepower and improve sound. It delivers the classic S-type sound with no drone inside the vehicle.
BORLA®‘s knowledge of the 5.7L Hemi engine allowed us to custom tune and build an exhaust system which is almost 30 lbs. lighter than the stock system, mainly due to the aircraft-grade high quality T-304 austenitic lightweight stainless steel used in every BORLA®; system. Additional attributes include superior performance and that famous BORLA® growl of power. The system features massive single 5" round BORLA® embossed rolled edge angle-cut bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. The BORLA® system flows 220cfm over stock, which helps explain why so much extra horsepower is released by this unique split rear exiting system.

Borla warrants its products to the original purchaser, for the vehicle on which they were first installed, against defects in materials and workmanship with its Million-Mile Warranty (one million miles, or 1.6 million kilometers in Canada). Black coatings, tip finishes, carbon fiber and moving parts, including valves and actuators, are covered for one year, and EV products are covered for 2 years from purchase. The warranty applies to Borla street-legal products only: XR-1 Raceline and marine products, racing products and street products used for racing are not covered, and sound level is not a warranty issue. Also excluded are appearance blemishes from weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance or extreme heat or cold; damage from accident, abuse, misuse or modification; welding to a universal muffler’s shell or end caps (attach only at the inlet and outlet nipples); and removal or reinstallation costs. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement at Borla’s option after Borla inspects the returned part. Products sold outside the USA and Canada carry a 3-year limited warranty.
