This 2' diameter Borla(r) Axle-Back system developed for Subaru's sixth generation Outback has been specifically engineered for the 2.5L 4-cylinder engine. The S-Type sound level provides a more aggressive sound over stock and accentuates the Subaru Boxer engine rumble. Borla(r) ensures a comfortable driving experience and guarantees a drone-free exhaust system. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Our Axle-Back bolts on to the factory flange for ease of installation and features a 3.5' x 2.75' oval polished T-304 stainless steel exhaust tip. Manufacturer's Warranty — Borla
Borla warrants its products to the original purchaser, for the vehicle on which they were first installed, against defects in materials and workmanship with its Million-Mile Warranty (one million miles, or 1.6 million kilometers in Canada). Black coatings, tip finishes, carbon fiber and moving parts, including valves and actuators, are covered for one year, and EV products are covered for 2 years from purchase. The warranty applies to Borla street-legal products only: XR-1 Raceline and marine products, racing products and street products used for racing are not covered, and sound level is not a warranty issue. Also excluded are appearance blemishes from weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance or extreme heat or cold; damage from accident, abuse, misuse or modification; welding to a universal muffler’s shell or end caps (attach only at the inlet and outlet nipples); and removal or reinstallation costs. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement at Borla’s option after Borla inspects the returned part. Products sold outside the USA and Canada carry a 3-year limited warranty.
