BLOX Racing warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for fifteen (15) months from the date of retail purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse or abuse, and any part returned must be determined by BLOX Racing to be defective before it is replaced. Parts found to be under warranty are repaired or replaced at BLOX Racing's determination; refunds are not issued on warranty items — credit is given as merchandise credit. Non-warranty returns carry a 20% restocking fee, must be in like-new resalable condition, and special orders cannot be returned for any reason. Freight both ways on returned or warranty product is the purchaser's responsibility, and call tags and COD returns are not accepted. Every warranty or return claim requires a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the original sales receipt or invoice before inspection; allow 2–4 weeks for inspection.
