Bestop warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance, and sets the term by fabric grade and product line rather than by part. Five (5) years covers Premium Twill fabric material (hardware excluded) and the EZ-Fold and EZ-Roll tonneau covers. Three (3) years covers Black Diamond, Denim and Sailcloth fabric materials (hardware excluded) and the eTop twill fabric, hardware and motors — eTop windows are covered one (1) year from the date of professional installation. One (1) year covers Pavement Ends soft tops, the Retractable Sunshade and SunScreen, Supertop For Truck 2 tonneau covers, seats, and all other Bestop products and accessories, and it is also the term for vinyl windows, soft top hardware and zippers on every top regardless of fabric grade. The warranty runs to the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable. Not covered: misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, negligence, fire, improper installation, modification, or improper or inadequate maintenance; failure to follow the product documentation or use in extreme conditions; force majeure events such as earthquake, hurricane, flooding, civil unrest and war; breakage from any cause; vinyl window damage caused by weather conditions or misuse, including damage from atmospheric conditions, dirt, sand, road grime, dust and abrasive cleaners; damage involving aftermarket components; and normal wear and tear. Product bought through auction sites or unauthorized third-party resellers is excluded. Claims go to Bestop directly: submit the Bestop warranty request form to receive a case number, then reply to the automated email with proof of purchase, your current shipping address, a description of the issue and photographs — Bestop asks for exterior shots, hardware detail, the window connections and the points where the hardware attaches to the vehicle, with attachments kept under 25MB. Bestop targets a response within 48 business hours and its warranty team can be reached at 1-800-845-3567 with the case number. All claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of the defect being discovered.
