AST Suspension states that its coilover kits carry a twenty-four (24) month warranty and that its lowering spring and adjustable lowering spring kits carry a lifetime warranty on spring breakage. AST publishes no separate term for race springs, camber plate kits, shock absorber sets, air jacks or tools. Claims are registered with AST using the order ID printed on the silver track-and-trace sticker on the Product Certificate or on one of the dampers, and AST reviews each registration. Do not send a product back to AST without contacting AST first; support is reached at service@ast-suspension.com.
