Outside air unit is commonly mounted inside the driver compartment on vehicles with windows or closed compartment to provide forced, filtered air to the driver for cooling and to help prevent shield fogging. Intake top can be used with 1-1/4" helmet hose or trimmed to accept larger 3" hose such as ALL42150 routed to the motor from outside of the car or fastened to a plastic duct such as ALL42143 for fresh air. Motor has two speeds and is recommended for 12 volt systems.

Allstar Performance warrants each new product to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. To make a claim, the product may be returned to the dealer it was purchased from, or shipped directly to Allstar Performance with proof of purchase and a complete description of the problem. The product must be returned freight pre-paid — CODs are not accepted. No part will be reviewed for inspection if modifications have been made. If the part is found defective on inspection, it will be replaced or a refund check issued. Allstar Performance also states that its products are designed for off-road use and that it makes no written, oral, expressed or implied statement of warranty or guarantee on any product sold, and it does not assume liability for personal or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product it manufactures or sells.
