This tank will also work as a replacement tank for your factory 86-98.5 Mustang. It will accept both the Aeromotive A1000 (P/N 18679) and Eliminator (P/N 18680) Fuel Pumps as well factory 2003-2004 Fuel Pump hanger assemblies. For more details on this tank and its design, see the notes below from the 18685-86 Kits. This product is not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when used as a direct replacement part matching OEM specifications.
Note: The tank capacity is approximately 15.7 gallons.

Manufacturer's Warranty — Aeromotive
Aeromotive warrants its products to the original U.S. retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. Coverage applies only to products purchased from Aeromotive or its authorized dealers, and a valid dated proof of purchase is required. If a covered product is found defective, Aeromotive will repair or replace it; this remedy is limited to the product's sale price, and Aeromotive is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (some states do not allow such limitations, so this may not apply to you). To start a warranty claim, contact Aeromotive for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) with your part, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase. Returns of new, resaleable items are accepted within 90 days of purchase with prior authorization; a restocking fee may apply and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
