Addictive Desert Designs for 23-27 Ford F-250/F-350 Center Console Molle Panel

Addictive Desert Designs warrants all parts of its manufacture to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and material for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, and the limited warranty covers the cost of the product only. It does not cover installation, labor, freight, normal wear and tear, abuse, damage caused by mis-use, or damage caused by collision, and it does not cover consequential damages such as the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection or repair. The warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, modification, misuse, mishandling, improper care or neglect, and in the event of improper installation. Addictive Desert Designs’ liability is limited, at its option, to repair or replacement with equivalent products within a reasonable time, and the original warranty period is not extended by a repair or a replacement. During the warranty period the limited warranty is not transferable. The warranty is conditioned upon Addictive Desert Designs being notified within one month after the defect is discovered and upon the return of the defective product to Addictive Desert Designs at the purchaser’s expense within the warranty period, after which Addictive Desert Designs examines the product to satisfy itself that the defect was not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
