ACT (Advanced Clutch Technology) warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for one (1) year from retail purchase. Original purchaser only and non-transferable; a receipt showing purchase from an authorized ACT dealer is required, and products purchased used are not covered. ACT will repair, replace, or credit at its option; labor, lift, shipping, and storage charges are excluded. Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow ACT and vehicle-manufacturer installation instructions voids this warranty.
