Covers defects in workmanship under normal use on the truck model it was intended for. Agri-Cover's sole obligation is repair or replacement of defective parts at its option (no labor or service allowance); incidental, consequential, and special damages are excluded, and implied warranties of merchantability are disclaimed. Excludes accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, improper installation, and ordinary wear. A serial number and a pre-authorized Return Authorization (RA) number are required for any claim; Agri-Cover pays return freight to the sender.
