Off-Road Shocks & Suspension Since 1955.

Rancho

Rancho started in 1955, when Clarence Shook opened Rancho Jeep Supply near Los Angeles to help off-roaders tackle the desert. The RS5000 shock launched in 1985 and became the brand’s best-seller; the RS9000 followed in 1992 as the market’s first five-way adjustable shock, later refined to nine levels of adjustment. Tenneco acquired Rancho in 1990, and the brand is now part of DRiV. Today Rancho builds shocks, struts, steering stabilizers, leveling kits and lift kits for Jeeps, trucks and SUVs.
