Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be new and unused, in the original packaging, complete with all hardware and accessories, and free from installation, damage, or modification. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Please contact us at support@pitstoptuning.com before sending anything back — returns require prior authorization, and unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping & Labels
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item? We'll make it right — we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply (see below).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Special order and custom-made products
- Clearance, final sale items, and gift cards
- Opened electronics (where restricted)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Products excluded by manufacturer policy

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the part you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.
Order Cancellation
Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. To cancel before shipment, contact support@pitstoptuning.com as soon as possible.
- If payment has not been processed, the order is canceled and no charge is made.
- If payment was already processed, you will receive a refund for the canceled items.
- If the order has already shipped, our Returns and Restocking Fee policy applies.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind (buyer's remorse) returns and to products from certain manufacturers, as noted on the product page or at return authorization. This fee covers return processing, inspection, and restocking, and helps us keep pricing competitive by ensuring only new, unopened products are resold as new.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@pitstoptuning.com.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to shipping damage or an error on our part.
Fitment Responsibility
We work hard to provide accurate fitment information, but customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Need help? Contact us with your year, make, model, engine, and the part number before ordering.
